JAFFA FILMS LLC presents:  "Bon Bagay" Haiti Benefit Art Auction,

Friday December 7th

477 Broadway Lofts!

5pm-12am!

A night of art, music, food and film to benefit women and children of Haiti.

Art auction hosted by Ford model, Monica Watkins.

CAUSE: Empower women & children in Haiti during a secondary humanitarian crisis of gender based violence. All proceeds from the art auction will go towards Haitian charities here in New York, Port au Prince, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.

THEME: The artist outreach committee and our curators seeks to invite artists to submit work that challenges a vision for Haiti's collective future. What is your vision for Haiti? How will a new Haiti emerge in the 21st century? This art auction promotes a wide variety of individual expressions and subject matter, inviting artists to submit 2 dimensional work exploring these questions and using references to Haiti's past and present culture, politics, socio-economics, religion and  overall spirit. The main criteria of "Bon Bagay’s" curatorial selection process are creativity, originality and quality. All artwork  should be no larger than 20x30 inches and be ready to hang. We will select 20-25 works for the exhibit.

Submissions are at the discretion of the artist, "Bon Bagay" invites artists and donors to consider submitting artwork of various themes. We encourage your interpretation of Haiti's future---a brighter vision that grows and thrives.
