Special tours for artists are scheduled for noon on April 6 and 9 to visit the best areas for on-site painting, photography, or observation. Reservations can be made by calling Splash at 916-719-4854. Reservations can also be made for regularly scheduled public tours the last three Sundays in April via the Splash homepage at www.sacsplash.org.
