Timeline of Exhibit: October 5-27, 2013
Entries Due: September 15, 2013
Selection Process: Work will be selected based on the quality of the work and how well it illustrates the theme of "Change." A section of the show will be devoted to artists who have shown at A/NT Gallery in the past ("Past and Current Members"), but previous participation at A/NT Gallery will not be a requirement for selection.
Notification to artist: Artists will be notified of their selection by email before September 21, 2013.
Delivery: All accepted artwork will be delivered to A/NT Gallery on September 29-30, 2013. If the artist is unable to deliver on those dates, they will need to make arrangements with the gallery to arrange delivery.
2D framed media must have hanging wire. A/NT Gallery will provide pedestals for 3D artwork, if required. We are unable to provide projectors, televisions, stereos, or other devices for multimedia artwork. The gallery is also unable to setup and tear down installation works. If such works are accepted, we will inform the artist what additional requirements will be needed to setup their work in the gallery.
If an artist needs to ship the artwork to the gallery, all shipping costs and packaging will be the artist's responsibility. We require that shipped art is framed with plexiglass, if glass is needed. The artist will also be responsible for return shipping costs. Though the gallery will take great care in handling all artwork, the gallery will not be responsible for damage done to the artwork during shipping, packing, and unpacking.
Reception: The opening reception will be at the gallery on October 5, 2013, between 6PM and 10PM.
Exhibit or Event Ends: October 27, 2013

Reproductions of the art will be used in publicity only with the permission of the artists.
Sales: The artist will set their own prices when delivering the work. All work that is "Not For Sale" must be marked as such by the artist. The gallery will take a 15% commission on all work sold. The gallery will also collect sales tax (9.5%) in addition to the sale price.
