Sarv Artist Residency Program provides artists from around the globe an opportunity to get immersed in Iran`s unique culture, history and way of living. This program puts effort to ensure that participants enjoy camaraderie, personal and professional growth and have an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the mission of the program. At the end of each year, a group exhibition will feature participants `works in Seyhoun Art Gallery.
  The program begins with a delightful 11-day tour to visit Iran`s most fascinating landmarks and attractions. The program goes on to a 19-day residency project when each participant can work on his/her ideas at the residency center, at beautiful Babolsar in north of Iran. During their stay, participants will be provided with independent bedrooms, free Internet Wifi and shared bathroom and lobby. They will also have a 2-day visit to variety of galleries and exhibitions in Tehran.
    Please be aware that the program includes two parts; whereas the first part does not have any limitation for participant, the second 19-day project part was designated for two artists. The applicants are welcome to apply to any of the parts by sending their C.V., personal statement, and up to ten artworks to the address provided in the site. The priority deadline is December 5, 2013, and the shortlisted candidates will be contacted no later than December 20, 2013. Candidates will met in Tehran in the first week of January, 2014, to start the 30- day program.
      The art residency program is supervised by internationally recognized artist Reza Milani.

Day 3: morning in Tehran, fly to Shiraz
Day 4: excursion to Persepolis and Naksh-e Rustam
Day 5: explore Shiraz, evening flight to Esfahan
Day 6: drive to Yazd via Pasargade
Day 7: Yazd walking tour, drive to Esfahan
Days 8 & 9: Esfahan monuments and bazaars
Day 10: drive to Tehran via Abyaneh and Kashan
Day 11-30 : Stay in Artist residency in Babolsar
