Art's Salute to Football

The Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, promises to be an event to remember for the Tri-State area. Barsky Gallery is excited to celebrate America’s greatest game by connecting our art community to the influx of over 100,000 fans arriving to our area.

Barsky Gallery will be showcasing “Art’s Salute to Football”, an exhibit solely dedicated to football sculptures: Full-size footballs re-imagined by established and emerging artists. The exhibit is set to debut on Saturday, Jan 25th and run through Saturday, Feb 8th.

You are invited to embellish, adorn, or otherwise enhance a football into a one-of-a-kind, beautiful work of art for this exhibit. Show off your talent by submitting your creative vision to be displayed alongside other talented artists. All mediums will be accepted for display, as this is an opportunity to draw attention to the artistic talent and culture of our area.

///Compensation and Prize///
ENTRY IS FREE and each submitted work will be carefully evaluated for this exhibit. If sold, the artist’s compensation is 50% of the selling price. In addition, a panel of judges will select 3 pieces based on criteria such as artistic merit, workmanship, originality and creativity to be exhibited in the Barsky Gallery Booth at the Spring Affordable Art Fair in NYC.
