The Small Works competition is open to all photographers, at least18 years of age, excluding members of Soho Photo Gallery. All photographic printing processes (silver, digital, platinum, Polaroid, et al) and subject matter are eligible.The maximum height and width of the print may not exceed
6 inches. We reserve the right to disqualify any work that exceeds these measurements. Free-standing pieces will not be accepted.
Images must be submitted online only at
and must upload as .jpg, .png, or .gif formats. For good image quality and fast upload, your image files should be sized no larger than 1220px @ 72 dpi.
Images will be juried using your digital files. If your work is selected by the juror, you will be required to provide us with your original print(s). Frames may not be larger than 12 inches. Detailed information will be sent to the winning applicants.
Prizes Sponsor awards (courtesy of TotalTraining) and cash will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Richard Klein is a Connecticut-based artist, curator, writer and Exhibitions Director of The Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art in Ridgefield, CT.The Aldrich is one of the few non-collecting contemporary art museums in the United States.The Museum enjoys the curatorial independence of an alternative space while maintaining art-handling standards of a national institution.
