Nassau County Department of Parks, Recreations and Museums is planning to host a designer showcase in the month of October opening with a Black Tie Gala on October 3rd-the first day of the art festival. This will afford artists the opportunity for their work to be seen by dozens of designers as well as patrons eager to improve their homes.

Art from our Heart's goal is to assist the Diabetic Wellness and Education

Foundation, an organization devoted to serving the Diabetic Community, by raising money, awareness and educating women, men and families of Long Island who are fighting both type 1 and type 2 diabetes now. Art from our Heart is an organization that facilitates ‘community helping community’. The businesses and people of Long Island work together to raise funds for their friends, family and neighbors who are directly affected by diabetes right here on Long Island.
